Organic Nova Scotia (ONS) has launched an ambitious project geared towards increasing the use of local certified organic products in Nova Scotia’s post-secondary institutions’ food services. ONS is working with Acadia University, named Canada’s first organic campus in 2022, as a first partner in the Institutional Procurement Pilot Project (IPP). Read ONS Press Release.
