Blackbird Hollow is a budding edible & medicinal perennial nursery with home-grown seeds. We source & trial hard to find plants, are working on bringing back forgotten perennial food crops, and striving to grow & diversify what can thrive and survive in our bioregion. By doing so, we are seeking to strengthen our food sovereignty, as well as have low impact systems in place for growing food & medicine. based in Phinneys Cove, Nova Scotia / Mi'kma'ki, the unceded land of the Mi'kmaq people.
