The 2018 conference will be held at the exquisite Delta Prince Edward hotel in Charlottetown, PE. The conference takes place from Monday, November 26th until Wednesday, November 28th. Vendors may book hotel lodging accommodation for the duration of a conference at a discounted price before October 26th, 2018. Pricing will be subject to regular rates after this date

How can I register and pay?

Registration can be completed by calling or emailing development@acornorganic.org.

The following information is requested:

  • Name of exhibitor(s)
  • Name of person receiving one (1) Complimentary Full Conference Pass
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Name of business/organization
  • Type of business/organization

Payments can be received via PayPal, credit card, cash, cheque or e-transfer to admin@acornorganic.org. Cheque and cash payments can be made out to “The Atlantic Canadian Organic Regional Network” and mailed to:

I need more Trade Show space, what do I do?

Exhibitors have two options:

  1. Purchase a second exhibition space including the traditional table and chair set up.
  2. Contact development@acornorganic.org to book indoor or outdoor demo space (free with the purchase of a Traditional Booth Package).

- On-site, indoor and outdoor demonstration space is reserved inside the Farm Centre (a ten-minute walk from the hotel venue) and is available throughout the three-day conference.

 

When can I set-up my booth?

Set-up is scheduled for early Monday morning from 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM. We will be providing a buffet breakfast for trade show vendors at 9:30 AM.

 

When does the Trade Show open for viewing?

Trade show is open from 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM on Monday and opens at 8 am on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Trade show will end on Wednesday around noon.

 

Can I be refunded if I’m unable to attend the conference last minute or need to leave early?

Unfortunately, ACORN cannot guarantee refunds in the case of exhibitor absence. We ask that exhibitors have a backup exhibit planned or co-exhibitors to help ensure attendance. We appreciate and rely on the support of advanced commitments from conference vendors and sponsors to make the conference an ongoing success.
